blaja memberi dan menerima seadanya, senang je nak hepi nie, samada kita nak or tak, ask urself dulu la, even se'hepi' mana pun situasi yang kita tgh face tp diri sndiri taknak hayati nya takde guna..sakit camna pun akan ada hepi disebaliknya, bukak mata luas2 pasnie k utk cr 'happiness' coz kat dunia nie sgt banyak bende yang mampu gembirakan kita..n yg penting senyum slalu.. -peace- :P
i agreed with usop, need to do something to achieve it. but, in reality, it's quite tough to gain something without losing. urgh. perhaps gain maximum thing with minimum losing?? eheh
Yes, this is a good way to write an entry. Ask a question and let everyone give their input. So next I'd expect a whole entry on your personal account of what you'd give in exchange for happiness. Right?
Btw, what has that guy in the pic got to do with all this? Is he unhappy or what? :P

Nothing.
If you have to sacrifice something or someone to achieve it, then spit on it. It is not real.
Just about everything.....be selfish if you have to. It's your life.
That's what I feel right now.
How do you know you are totally happy?
First you have to answer this - how do you define happiness?

Smiles perhaps?
Giving up anything won't give me happiness, that's for sure.
perhaps i'd give 'it' a shot.
if i want happiness, i do something to achieve it. that's win-win.
giving up something to obtain happiness is win-lose.
a large packet of fries would do.
